Didja Notice?

On page 6, an aerial HK drops a nuclear bomb on the remains of Phoenix, Arizona. John Connor's journal entry in the last panel of this page reads that the city was "located at the center of something once called..." and then the thought is not continued onto the next page! Presumably, he was going to say the name of the state, Arizona; Phoenix does lie roughly in the center (actually a bit more southerly).

On page 10, Patch calls John amigo. He also says, "All I have left are some old prayers mi madre taught me." Amigo is Spanish for "friend",  mi madre Spanish for "my mother".

On page 15, Nelson is wearing a collegiate t-shirt featuring the letters UCSB. Most likely this stands for University of California, Santa Barbara. The character of Nelson here appears to be the book's artist, whose full name is Nelson Alexander Ross (though whether he has any connection to UCSB, I don't know!).

On page 16, the entrance corridor of the Thunder Mountain base has a sign reading "NORAD COMMAND, Skynet World Defense".
