I am re-watching the original Terminator film franchise, as well as the Sarah Connor Chronicles TV series (SCC), and reading the various novels and comic books based on the franchise. I will be presenting my studies relating to each, such as commentary on the time travel conundrums, sound bits of memorable dialog, screen grabs, and my own musings. I'll be presenting them in several different timelines/chronologies since the time travel elements wind up creating several different, parallel Terminator universes, in my estimation of the chronological/universe order each story takes place.

The SCC timeline spins out of the events of Terminator 2: Judgment Day, but with one difference: in SCC, the events of that film are said to have taken place in 1997, whereas in the film itself it is supposed to be 1995. It is never explained why the year was changed for the TV series. Possibly it was a simple mix-up of the year of the events seen in the film (1995) and that of the foretold Judgment Day (1997) and by the time the producers realized the error it was problematic to start writing scripts suddenly mentioning 1995. Regardless, because of this difference in dates, I have decided to give SCC its own timeline page called Timeline SCC-1 rather than listing it on the Judgment Day page as a direct spin-off of that film.

TIMELINE SCC-1
Timeline SCC-1 includes the events of Timeline TT-2 and goes beyond it to include the events of Terminator 2: Judgment Day (but taking place in 1997 instead of 1995) after which the timeline follows the events of the Sarah Connor Chronicles TV series.
